The best nonprofit programs are built on informed decision-making. When you understand your data, you can tailor your programming to the real needs of the individuals you serve — and prove it to the funders who make your work possible.

We believe quality data leads to better programming, stronger organizations, and greater community impact.

Andi Denton Founder and Lead Data Analyst

Meet Andi Denton

Founder & Lead Analyst, Desert Data Consulting

Andi is an Arizona native with deep roots in the nonprofit sector. After years working alongside nonprofits to understand their client bases and improve programming, Andi saw a consistent gap: organizations had data, but not the tools or support to turn it into action.

Andi studied Sustainable Systems at Arizona State University, graduating in 2020 with a minor in Data Analytics. That combination — systems thinking and data fluency — shapes everything about how Desert Data Consulting works.

Andi's approach is grounded in the belief that all stakeholders deserve to be well-informed. When decision-makers have clear, honest data, they lead with confidence — and the people they serve are better for it.
